We love our new Bullfrog X7L spa. Folks at [Smith Pool] are absolutely awesome and they aim to please. They will teach you everything about how to operate and care for the pool so don't fear. The sales team (Tim/Zack) were wonderful. The delivery team (Tim and the guys) were the best. They worked with our electrician to make things perfect. Thank you, [Smith Pool]! It's our first pool and we adore it.

Great pool place!!! Been meaning to write this review over a year ago, but these guys are awesome. Bought a great pool over a year ago had to have my pool pump replaced a year due to extremely cold weather, they came out a repaired it no problem. Bought a new pool from [Smith Pool]. The last one lasted 20 years with one liner replacement. You need to listen to their advice on pool care. These are a great bunch of people to work with. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Some of the people still work there after 20 years - meaning it must be a great company!!

Hats off to these guys! I think the guys in the retail sales store are possibly certified chemists, especially Josh, who was extremely helpful. When it comes to clearing up your water, they literally have that down to a science. No up selling and selling you items you don't need they just say what do you need to get the job done and then, right!

I am so happy that I called and spoke to Ricky about my pool. He was super nice and helpful. Sent Kenny out to check on my pump and all it needed was to be cleaned, he also helped me get the top off because I couldn't get it to budge. I had previously called Advantage Pools and the person they sent was although nice didn't seem to interested in what I needed. So I will be using [Smith Pool] for all of my future needs.
