Installation Package includes:  leveling pool site up to 6” off level ($15 per inch over 6”), supports under bottom connector plates, assembling pool, vermiculite for under liner, nut grass killer for under liner, installing liner, assembling the sand filter system within 5′ of pool, blocks for filter system, assembling steps with ladder.  

New for 2023 Pool purchases… install permanent pool cove before liner installation, and hard pipe filter system within 5′ of pool with quick disconnect unions after pool is full.

Installation Package does not include:  extra travel charges, leveling over 6” off level, 110v electrical outlet for filter system, any applicable permits.

Our installation package is unique.

Vermiculite is a mineral that is mined out of the ground. It has many applications in the construction industry. We have used vermiculite to smooth out our pool floors for over 20 years.
  • A dump truck is not needed for pool installation.

Site Preparation with precision equipment
  • The most important part of a pool installation is levelling the pool site.
  • We use precision levelers called Ziplevels to measure the pool site and to aid us with precise measurements.
  • We level your pool site to within a ½” on the perimeter and within 1” in the middle.
  • We do not use sand to level your pool site like most installers.
  • We level the dirt, which provides a much more stable foundation for your pool.
  • “What happened to the house built on the sand?”
Our installation process takes more effort, but it’s worth it.
  • Our dig crew prepares the pool site for pool assembly.
  • The pool build crew follows the dig crew once the site is prepared.
  • Our 1,000 gallon tank helps us insure that your liner is in place before our crew leaves your pool.
  • You can rest assured that your pool will be installed professionally and correctly from start to finish.

Smith Pool will be installing permanent pool cove to further improve our installation package and provide our pool customers with a more durable and longer lasting above ground pool.
