Maple Glazed Chicken Wings

This maple glaze has a mildly sweet and savory flavor that is ideal for your entire family. Preparation time for maple glazed chicken wings is approximately 30 minutes, and cooking time is 45 minutes while waiting time is four hours.

The secret to having the best maple-glazed wings is how you marinate it. The chicken should marinate for at least one hour and at most four hours. Ensure that you set aside a small amount of marinade to brush it on your wings or meat of choice while it is roasting.

Sea Salt &Vinegar Chicken Wings

If you love salt and vinegar potato chips, you’ll live this chicken wing recipe. The preparation time is 30 minutes, and the cooking time is one hour. Besides the chicken wings, other ingredients include a range of spices.

You should ensure that the salt dissolves after mixing all the spices to form a marinade. The wingtips should be clipped off at the joint. This should give you two pieces of wings.

Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw

If you want to enjoy your grilled meat even more a tangy coleslaw will do the trick. Total preparation time is about 20 minutes and one hour of waiting time.

The vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper will give a tangy twist to the coleslaw. You can opt to refrigerate it for about one hour as you grill the meat. The sweet and tangy coleslaw is also suitable for vegetarians.

Cold Smoked Greens Salad with Creamy Feta Dressing

The cold-smoked green salad is a combination of fresh, crisp greens with tomatoes and grapes. These three ingredients are smoked with a creamy dressing. You can enjoy the creamy feta dressing as a drizzle, serve it as a side dish, or add it to your entrée of steak, shrimp, or grilled chicken.

This appetizer will need a smoker dust tray, mesh basket, and sawdust.

Baked Apples

Baked apples will make an excellent dessert treat or side dish for your grilled meat. The preparation time is approximately 20 minutes, and the cooking time is 30 minutes. Cut the apple wedges into thin pieces but also have a couple of larger pieces so that the texture of the dish varies.

Just use a little more water or apple juice if you prefer a lovely sauce over chicken or pork. If you are cutting down on sugar, you can opt to use a minimal amount of brown sugar and use water, not apple juice.

Garlic and Parsley Prawns

With your entrée as grilled pork or chicken, prawns will work well as an appetizer or side dish. The preparation time is one hour. The secret to having great pawns is finding a great place to get fresh local prawns. Prawns can be a great starter for your family or friends while they wait for the main dish.

You can get creative with seasoning your prawns if you prefer them spicy.
